Caleb Falconer's star is very much on the rise after his century in the U19 World Cup Final put him in the top six run scorers in the tournament. So what do he and Middlesex do now to make the next step on his cricket journey?

Falconer capped a wonderful tournament with the bat with a magnificent hundred in the final itself, albeit in a losing cause.

It left the South-African born right-hander sixth in the run-scoring charts for the showpiece with 310 at an average of 62, right on the heels of his better-known teammates Thomas Rew and Ben Mayes.

Falconer signed a rookie contract with Middlesex this winter and spent time around the first-team environment last summer. It all begs the question what should happen now?
