It’s been quite a week for Middlesex Women’s team starlet Pippa Sproul.
There’s been a warm-up game for Scotland following her call-up for the T20 World Cup, a Vitality Blast career-best in Middlesex colours in a resounding 63-run win over Derbyshire, not to mention a superb flying catch and a stumping behind the timbers to boot.
It’s all an escape for the wicketkeeper/batter from the stress of swotting for and sitting her trio of A-levels in Geography, Physical Education and Business Studies.
