Marc Broom says he’s dispensing with rotation as his Middlesex Women’s team seek silverware again at the back end of the campaign.
Head coach Broom has shuffled his pack during the first half of the season to give as many of his 23-strong squad as possible first team experience.
However, ahead of a crunch clash with Vitality Blast Tier Two leaders Glamorgan at Sophia Gardens on Friday, Broom and his fellow coaches have returned to picking purely on merit to give their charges the best chance of retaining the T20 laurels and/or claiming the Metro Bank One-Day Cup as well.
